Can I order JUST the (insert item you want)?
No, nothing is being sold separately. But trust us - you'll love the whole pack. It's a great deal and if you hate something you can always give it to a friend(?). Plus the custom box is pretty neat. A collectible on its own if you ask us.

How does it work?

Each Apepe token qualifies for the purchase of one pack (at the particular discounted price). You can use multiple tokens to order multiple packs at the same time (by default the multiples packs will be for the same sizings, if you want different sizes please use the comment box in the shopping cart and/or reach out to our support team)

How can I check if the token has been redeemed?

Aha! We made this little rede e m checker to see if the token of your interest got used already to order a pack. The Apepe Loot collection is using a snapshot and holders of the Apepe Loot collection as of 19th Nov can access the pack, just make sure to connect with the snapshotted address.

What if I change my mind RIGHT BEFORE CHECKOUT?

Mmmmm... Once you select the NFT to use your discount, that token cannot be used anymore even if they have not completed the transaction - so make sure you go in ready to buy! Your Apepe will get you the discounted pack but it MUST complete the transaction in the same session.

What's up with the sizes?
Sizing is the standard Dudes Factory sizing - pieces are slim fit and not oversized. To be 100% sure of what the garment will look like, check out the handy sizing guides for hoodies and t-shirts. We think you look beautiful in all of them.

Do I need an Apepe NFT to buy?
If you are reading this between the 20th and the 23rd of November 2023, the answer is YES. Our holders are getting an exclusive access period. After this, the answer is NO, you can purchase our wonderful merch without owning an Apepe. Celmates holders would also be able to purchase (with their discount) starting the same time as the public. Either way, we highly suggest getting an Apepe ASAP so you can benefit from the wonderfully juicy discounts (during the exclusive access and beyond)

Can Apepe holders still buy after the 23rd?
YES! If you are an Apepe holder, you can still buy packs with your respective discount even after we open the sale to the public. But we recommend you make your purchase before this, to ensure you have a higher chance of securing a pack!

What are the payment methods?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (highly suggested) and crypto payments. We will not accept frog parts as payment. Murderer!

Where can I find the invoice for my order?
Once your order gets fulfilled, you'll receive an email with your invoice. International orders will also have a copy of the invoice included on the parcel for customs.

My order contains the wrong products! What should I do?
Please contact our merch support email at rareapepes@dudes-factory.com. We try to resolve our mistake as fast as possible. It may have been a mad Apepe scientist who messed it up?

Will the holder discounts expire after the exclusive access?
No - they will still work. But our pond is not responsible if packs in your preferred size (or all of them) are sold out!
